If you are applying for a job within GPS Standard you have to submit your Personal Data to our Candidate Pool.

Purpose of the processing of your personal data

GPS Standard process your personal data stored in the Candidate Pool in order to assess your qualifications with respect to vacant positions withinGPS Standard, in order to provide you with job offers, for statistical purposes on an anonymous basis and in order to manage the Candidate Pool and this part of our website. Further, your personal data stored in the Candidate Pool will be processed in order to diagnose technical problems, improve content, and allocate the resources of our systems so that your experience with the Candidate Pool and this part of our website is as efficient as possible.

Personal Data to be submitted to us

Your registration in our Candidate Pool requires you to submit certain personal data. We require that you provide your name and email address. You also need to choose a password, which will be required to gain access to your personal data registered in our Candidate Pool. You may elect to provide other id data such as your address, postal code, etc. Also you may elect to provide various data concerning your work experience, previous employment, educational history, professional and personal competences as well as language qualifications. If you are below 18, we recommend that you talk to your parents / legal guardian prior to submitting a job application. We will need proof of your parents / legal guardian’s consent prior to any employment. Only non-sensitive personal data is processed. Therefore, personal data submitted by you to the Candidate Pool should NOT include: Information about illness unless the information is relevant for the actual job.

Any information at all regarding ethnic origin, political view, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, health or sexuality * Defamatory or slanderous information Information that cannot reasonably be said to be relevant for a job profile.
